Glenn and his wife Jen founded The Glenn Foley WINGS Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that works pro-actively to heighten awareness and education of Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) and organ donation. Glenns mother Sue has been battling PKD since 1971. PKD causes cysts to develop on the kidneys, causing them to enlarge, thereby hindering the kidneys filtering ability. The
Glenn Foley WINGS Foundation works to provide financial support for education
and research aimed at finding a cure for PKD. We salute Glenn for his continued involvement both on and off the field and are proud to have him as the Mt. Holly Pro Day Honoree for 2006.
