Instructor-led Training (ILT
) classes are live, hands-on with an online trainer. Attend class from any ONLC center coast to coast 
or from your own location . Training is fully interactive no matter what location you choose. The instructor can see all the work you're doing and provide direct assistance. There's hands-free audio for questions and participation in class discussions.
Alternatively, On-Demand courses are self-study, self-directed typically with a blend of video tutorials, labs and exercises. You attend from your own location using your own equipment with 24/7 access for a period of months to learn on your own schedule. "On-Demand" appears in the title to indicate this format.
