Can you see the Instructor's Computer?
On a screen or computer near your student workstation, you will view the instructor's presentation via a GoToMeeting™ connection. If you are successfully connected, you will see the instructor's screen.
Are you connected to the class audio? Students connecting from home can connect over the computer or via a conference call.
For students participating from an ONLC office location, the audio will transmit over the Jabra™ speaker through the GoToMeeting™ connection on the instructor computer. If a ring of red lights appears on the speaker, it is muted. To un-mute the speaker, press the mute button - see picture. The volume buttons are indicated by the plus and minus symbols.

If you were not given your course materials, please find the person who escorted you to your classroom. If you are participating from your home or office, please call the ONLC office at 800-288-8221.
