Portland, Maine (ME) Computer Training Site

• Traveling on I-95 North (Maine Turnpike) nearing Portland take exit #44 for I-295 N / Downtown Portland.
• On I-295 North exit #4 toward Casco Bay Br/Portland/Waterfront.
• After crossing over the bridge roadway becomes Commercial Street. Go about 1.5 miles
• The building is immediately after Browne's Trading Market on the right—blue marker that reads Pierce Atwood.
• Main entrance for the building offices faces the canal, has a flattop overhang and there's a handicap ramp to the left of the main doors.
• Inside the building go to the 2nd floor. The receptionist inside suite 245 will direct you to ONLC's computer training area.

• Traveling on I-295 South toward Portland take exit 7 for US 1A/Franklin Street.
• Merge onto Franklin Street / ALT 1..
• Just under a mile turn right on to Commercial Street / ALT 1.
• Go 0.4 miles on Commercial Street and the building will be on the left—vertical marker reading Pierce Atwood.
• Main entrance for the building offices faces the canal, has a flattop overhang and there's a handicap ramp to the left of the main doors.
• Inside the building go to the 2nd floor. The receptionist inside suite 245 will direct you to ONLC's computer training area.

• On US-302 East heading into Portland continue past I-295 overpasses and at the next intersection turn right onto State Street / ME-77.
• Just over a mile at the Y turn left onto York Street.
• At next intersection turn right onto Park Street.
• Turn left onto Commercial Street / ALT 1.
• The building is on the right immediately after Browne's Trading Market—look for blue marker that reads Pierce Atwood.

All parking is at your own expense. Payment via credit card may be required.

AT THE BUILDING: The building has two (2) fee-based parking spaces. These spaces must be reserved in advance and as of 09/01/2024 cost $5.00 PER HOUR.*
This parking is with a separate entity, so YOU must book the space, pay separately with credit card, and are subject to their policies.

To reserve a parking space at the building call 207-773-8890. They require 24 hours business day notice for cancellations, otherwise the full fee will be charged.

OTHER: There are other parking facilities within walking distance of the building. These are at your own expense and include:

• Commercial Street & Widgery Wharf (Fisherman's Wharf Parking)
• Center & Commercial Streets (1-39 Center Street Parking)
• Fore & Cross Streets (One Portland Square Parking)
• Fore Street Parking Garage at the corner of Patton Ct.
