Microsoft Excel Versions 365 / 2019 / 2016
Excel features and functions are very similar no matter which of these versions you're using, so students with any of those versions can attend the same classes. The main difference between the versions is how you're accessing the software. Microsoft Excel 365 is accessed via the cloud. You pay a monthly subscription to use the software. Since it's not static on your device, you'll get updates to the software when they happen. On the otherhand, 2019 / 2016 and earlier PC versions are purchased outright and installed directly onto your computer (aka "on-premise").
