Business Analysis Training Classes & Certification
A Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for requirements development and requirements management. Specifically, a Business Analyst elicits, analyzes, validates and documents business, organizational and/or operational requirements. Solutions are not predetermined by the Business Analyst, but are driven solely by the requirements of the business. Solutions often include a systems development component, but may also consist of process improvement or organizational change.
IT organizations have been challenged to improve business processes in order to reduce costs and provide more consistent service. The BA job role is an important component of improved business processes.
Please note, these classes are mostly process- and theory-focused thus are more lecture/presentation and may not have the intensive hands-on lab methodology common in our traditional system administrator and developer classes.
